ACC Form

In order to protect each individual homeowner's property value and privacy, it is required for any homeowner or group of homeowners planning improvements or change to their deeded property (properties), to submit a Home Improvement Request. This request is reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee to ensure compliance with deed restrictions, local statutes and to protect neighboring homes. If any change is made that has not been approved, the committee has the right to ask the homeowner to remove the improvement and/or change from the property. Fines may be levied against the property for unapproved improvements. A copy of deed covenants can be found here: Deed Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions. Please note the following documents MUST be included with this request before the process can begin with the ACC:

A blueprint, drawing, and or picture of the item requested.
A location of where, on the property, the item requested will be.
A list of building materials. (include paint samples if needed)
A permit (if required) from the Harris County Permit Office.
Note you will have to create a Login ID--- HCPID.org
